PARENT GUIDELINES

INTAKE INTERVIEW
One-time initial interview with each parent to communicate and outline important information regarding visits.
OFF-SITE SUPERVISED VISITS
Monitoring of non-custodial parent and child interactions in a mutually agreed safe and secure environment.
SUPERVISED EXCHANGE
Monitor and Supervise the transfer of the child or children from one parent to the other, without parents contact.
SUPERVISED CALLS
Monitor will provide supervision using three-way calling for telephone monitoring and virtual communication.
WRITTEN REPORT
Reports will be made to the court on what took place with each child visit. Reports are available upon request to both parties.
COURT TESTIMONY
Monitor will appear and testify only if the court or attorney requests it.

Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Court Ordered Visitation Hours:
Flexible and negotiable, Including Weekends and Holidays
Supervised Visitation Fees
Fees are payable: Zelle pay, Cash app and PAID IN ADVANCE.
No services will be performed unless fees for services are paid in full prior to services being provided.
Affordable hourly rates (most fees are hourly).
Fees for all supervised visitation services have a two-hour minimum, unless a court order specifies a shorter duration.
Fees for services do not include travel fees and associated expenses.
Holiday rates have an additional premium.
No charge for cancellations with at least 24-hour’s notice.
